There are two ways of selection:

a) Your company delegate is always welcome to the Pakistan to conduct the trade test and the personal interviews. Incase the employer is interested in conducting interviews, the employer will have to give us 10 days prior notice to make proper travel and hotel arrangements .Umair International   will ensure that employer has access to all necessary facilities in order to conduct the interviews to maximize on available time. We assure you that the visit will be productive and that the representing of the employing company will have a comfortable, memorable and trustful visit.

b) Selection may be left entirely at our disposal and we carry out the selection as per
normal standard and procedure.

For the satisfaction of our clients, the first three months are considered as probationary period, if the client is not satisfied with the performance of the selection then his complete repatriation cost is born by the organization, however till such date it has never happened.

In case clients face any problem with our candidate, we visit the site personally at once to solve the problem.
